Let me reiterate that this is from page 15 of the LA times, not page 1 or the “inside” section of page 1 or even page 2 or 3, but page 15. It’s a little article that says that the Congressional Research Service, which, as the name implies, is the congressional arm responsible for doing research for congress, has written a report that says that the president’s whole “unauthorized surveillance” thing was probably illegal. The “most comprehensive legal analysis” of the president’s actions suggest that he broke the law in a really big way, and it belongs on page FIFTEEN? It’s not even a very good article.

Oh yeah, also it looks like the president broke the law. I am shocked, appalled, and surprised that the president, this president, President Bush, would lie and/or cheat and/or steal while in office. Did i mention that i am surprised?
